Submission Details
When submitting any content to be published, a release form must be on file before we go to print. Make sure all deadlines are followed for your content to be featured in the magazine. Fill out the information regarding uploading content so we may contact you in the event we had any questions. All submission must follow the format below for the content to be recognized.
The Format:
Last Name - First initial - month and year of issue it will be published - and the title
For example: John Smith - November Issue of 2008 - Title: Man buried with banjo
Must look like this: Smithj_nov09_manburiedwithbanjo

Submitting Artwork
If your artwork is a drawing, please darken the areas so it can be viewed in large and small formats. Give a brief description of what you believe the artwork is conveying.
If sending artwork done by photography, please convert all files to jpeg, gif, or png.
Submitting Articles.
Xpress Urself only accepts Microsoft Word documents. No pdf. files. We accept Microsoft Documents as early as 2003. Please read the help guide for submitting your content. Make sure they are 12 font Times New Roman for easier reading.
